Before ordering

To ensure the best possible result, please read the information below before placing an order.

Photos and References

  • Please send the photos you would like illustrated in good quality (sharp images, good lighting, and not blurry).
  • Feel free to include the reference photo you would like the illustration to be based on, and clearly mark it. If no reference photo is marked, I will choose the image that I find most suitable.
  • Photos must include the entire car from multiple angles, as well as close-up shots of the wheels, headlights, bumpers, and any other necessary details. The more photos, the better!
  • Nighttime photos are NOT accepted.
  • Screenshots of photos are NOT accepted due to the loss of image quality they cause. Please only send original photos taken with a phone camera or high-quality photos from a professional photographer.
  • If the photos are blurry, incomplete, or do not meet the requirements, you will be contacted regarding this.
  • I do not guess details that are not visible in the photos.

 

Order Information

After placing your order, you must send the required photos and information by email. This email must include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number*
  • Photos of the vehicle
  • Any additional information or requests
  • If desired, feel free to include links or usernames for the vehicle's existing Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok account

The drawing style and *order number have already been sent to me in the order confirmation, so it is not necessary to mention them again. Including them is optional.

Rush Orders

Need your illustration sooner? Contact me regarding a rush order. An additional fee may apply.

What You Receive

    • A digital illustration based on the photos you submit.
    • Delivered by email as a PNG file. If you require a different file format, this must be arranged in advance.
    • Background: A solid color that matches the vehicle. If you would like a different background color or a custom background, this may be mentioned in the email sent to me when ordering. 

 

Changes

An illustration will rarely be 100% perfect on the first attempt. If you notice any missing details or errors, please contact me and I will be happy to correct them.

Delivery Time

The normal delivery time is 7–12 hours from the time work begins. If there is a queue, please expect a few additional days of waiting time.

I may occasionally be away on vacation, attending events, or participating in car meets, which can increase waiting times. Unsure whether I am currently active and working on orders? Take a look at my Activity page for the latest status.

 

Limitations

  • I do not accept copying other people’s artwork.
  • I do not include people in my illustrations. For motorcycle orders, the photos must only include the motorcycle!

Very blurry images may result in a lower-quality outcome. You know the details of your own vehicle better than I do—please send clear, high-quality photos so I can see everything!

I do not currently draw highly detailed backgrounds. If you have any requests or preferences, feel free to contact me.

 

Usage Rights

  • The illustration is for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
  • I reserve the right to use the work in my own portfolio.
  • The illustration may be shared and used as desired (for personal use).
  • My signature must not be removed or edited when used publicly.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. The final result will always be based on the quality and clarity of the photos provided.
